What Our Customers Say

FAQ

If the answers you're looking for are not found below, see our About page or reach out to us!

  • Does it come with the toothpaste wringer?

The toothpaste wringer is only included in the starter kit. Otherwise, our toothpaste wringer should be purchased individually. We did this so that you wouldn’t receive an unnecessary wringer with each toothpaste order!
  • Does the toothpaste contain fluoride?

No, our toothpaste is fluoride free.
  • Why is the tube outlet made out of plastic?

The same materials that are used to clean our teeth can cause corrosion of an aluminum outlet as we constantly open and close the cap. We thought it would be best to prevent this from happening by switching to a plastic cap and nozzle. We’ve tried to minimize the amount of plastic used by using the smallest caps!

  • How can the toothpaste tube be recycled?

The toothpaste needs to be washed out before throwing the aluminum in the recycle bin. Cut the ends, open the tube into a flat sheet, wash out the residual paste and recycle! Be careful while handling the sharp metal edges. And remember, aluminum can be recycled over and over again!
